Visit Desk Officer, it's our shortboard hybrid passe-partout.
For surfers intermediate to advanced, For those who want a board that's easy to use, but not flabby.

Three surfboards with vibrant abstract patterns in teal, blue, pink and yellow are set against a white wall. Each board features black-and-white graphics and contrasting colors at the edges.

This version is an update of the shape collab with Thomas Bexon.
Same idea, but better tuned.

We gave the Desk Officer a wider tail and a tighter rocker.
Translation: it stays radical when you want to turn in the pocket, but it's more comfortable and easier to operate on a daily basis.

The wider tail provides support under the rear foot.
It's easier to relaunch, quicker to place, and you spend less time negotiating with your board as if it were a customer service department.

The tighter rocker means more line, more speed, more efficiency.
It glides better, starts sooner, and lets you breathe between maneuvers.

Three surfboards with bold, abstract patterns in violet, blue and pink are set on a white floor next to a white wall. The patterns feature jagged lines and contrasting edges.

Hull side : single triangular concave at the nose → double triangular concave under the rear foot.
The kind of combo that gets the job done: speed, control, tight turns.

You can also order the Desk Officer 2” shorter than your usual shortboard.
And it works very well for large sizes, as good volume can be obtained by pushing the dims.

Finally, you have three tails your choice : swallow, squash, round.
Same base, three endings. It's up to you how you want to end the discussion.

Three colorful bodyboards with abstract black motifs and luminous outlines - purple, pink and blue - are superimposed on a white surface.

Reminder: Fire Arrow competition

The competition to win a Fire Arrow ends on 06/03/2026. Click here to participate!
After that, it's over. Even if you get a note from the doctor.

In reality, it's more of a rebranding than a launch, because Cardinal already existed. As you can see, we reworked the site, the catalog and the overall ambience to match the Cardinal DA: core, surf perf and second degree.

Four people pose in a white room with surfboards and photography equipment; one man in front holds a dog, while the others stand or sit nearby, surrounded by surfboards and props.

This event would not have been the same without our team riders (Hermine Bonvallet, Paul Labelle and Simon Léauté) who made the trip down to give us a big up. We took the opportunity to take some photos, and for those wondering: the person in the photo is our new team rider. “Poupette”. Small, yes... but I swear she gives off something. I don't know what exactly, but she's got it.

I then gave a presentation of some of the models in the range, explaining their specific features and who each board is intended for. I also took the time to talk about our new alternative to the current foam buns: we now offer models 3D printed, built on corn starch or beet. I'll leave you the link here if you like more!

And then, enough blabla: the group Tribute Rage Against The Machine” took the reins of the evening. They made a real mess of things (in a good way). A very nice tribute.

A crowd gathers indoors for a lively musical event with stage lights, a disco ball and live performers. Some attendees are seated while others stand, enjoying the festive atmosphere.

As a reminder, we are organising a competition to win a fire arrow. Simply fill in this form to enter.

Passage from Kenzo Lamoureux at the Shapers Club House to pick up your new boards.
Concrete, solid, and a well-thought-out quiver to cover several conditions - from the classic session to the real step-up when things get big.

And of course... when he comes for boards, it's rarely to leave with “just one”.

Kenzo's boards

Trooper - 6'2" x 19" x 2.43" - 29.5L (step-up Hossegor)

A real step-up, A thought for when things get more serious.
More length, more hold, more control in demanding conditions.

A person sits on the roof of a graffiti-covered car in the open air, holding a graffiti-adorned surfboard, against a backdrop of trees and sunshine.

Fire Arrow - 5'9" x 18.937" x 2.5" - 27L (squash - EPS full deck carbon tech)

A board fast and responsive, with a construction that's very responsive.
The combo EPS + full carbon deck brings revitalization and very dynamic surfing.

A young man sits on the roof of a graffiti-covered car, holding a black surfboard in his lap, with trees and sunlight in the background.

Troopers - 5'10" x 18.75" x 2.43" - 27.7L (squash)

The everyday shortboard: versatile, responsive, perfect for sending when it's clean and you want to surf “perf”.

A smiling person sits on the roof of a graffiti-covered car, holding a white surfboard adorned with black graffiti and the word "CARDINAL". Trees and a blue sky are in the background.

Thank you Kenzo for stopping by the workshop
Can't wait to see it in the water.

Tom, he's a young guy who lives in Tahiti. We're very happy to be working with him, because he's completely in line with the DNA of our brand, which is authentic, perf and unconventional. This young butcher, 1.78 m tall and 73 kg wet, spends as much time smashing spots as he does his boards, and gives me way too much work...

So he went to the workshop to pick up his new boards before setting off again to put them to the test.

Five surfboards with abstract, colorful patterns are lined up vertically against wooden crates in a studio, with photographic lighting equipment visible on the left side.

The little bastard ordered no less than 5 Troopers!

For all her boards, we provided her with a "black rimmed"one with a supplement"punchline"as a reminder.

Five colorful surfboards with abstract motifs stand upright against a wooden support. On the central board, the phrase "GO BIG OR GO HOME!" is inscribed in bold black lettering near the top.

As 5 boards is a bit light, he preferred to be on the safe side and order two small boards in addition. One in 6'5'' x 19 0 | 19.000'' x 2 1/2'' | 2.500'' - 31L and the other in 5'10'' x 18 9/16'' | 18.560'' x 2 1/2'' | 2.500'' - 27L full carbon. Yes sir, nothing less!

Before heading back to Tahiti and finding a way to trash my work, we thought it would be a good idea to take a picture of his boards before they end up broken in half in his room.

It's time for a new look, my ugly ones!
